Quality checker • Benton County, Iowa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality checker in Benton County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges. You should have: • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Six days a week, one day off. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
