Tile setter wanted in Humphreys County

Now hiring: we are hiring a tile setter in Humphreys County, Tennessee. Day-to-day duties: • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge Requirements: • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
