You will season and marinate meat on request; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off.
