Great opportunity: we are hiring an insulation worker in Boyd County, Kentucky. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. Requirements: • Willing to travel between sites • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam The role involves fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling.
