Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
