Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Skagway Municipality, Alaska. You will be based on a busy civils and groundworks site. You should have: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Good awareness of underground services and exclusion zones • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat The role involves swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
