Now hiring: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Reynolds County, Missouri. You will work in a busy paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day-to-day duties: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks Full-time, day shift.
