Urgent requirement: cnc setter-operator (Alaska)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area, Alaska. You will be based in a tool room. The role involves deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; write and edit G-code programs at the control; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet. Ideal candidate: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
