Kitchenhand — Davie County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Davie County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $120 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
