Rigging foreman • DeKalb County, Missouri

Join our team: we are hiring a rigging foreman in DeKalb County, Missouri. You will work on a high-rise building site. You will carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; read lift plans and method statements before starting; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; guide loads through tight openings into their final position. Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Confident with standard crane hand signals Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
