Now hiring: we are hiring a line assembler in Van Buren County, Michigan. The job is at a busy assembly plant. Day to day you will top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; carry out a visual quality check for scratches, gaps and missing parts; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position. Ideal candidate: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
