The role involves deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest; vacuum carpets, mop hard floors and dust every surface in the room; spot-clean walls, skirting, doors and high-touch points; restock the housekeeping trolley with linen, cloths and chemicals; sort soiled linen, send it to laundry and count the returns; service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist.
