Now hiring: we are hiring a bar bender and fixer in County of Flintshire, Wales. On the job you will handle: • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers You should have: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Full-time, day shift.
