We are recruiting: we are hiring a press machine operator in Edwards County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills You will change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches.
