Pot washer • Perry County, Ohio

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Perry County, Ohio. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Full-time with occasional weekends.
