Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Clayton County, Iowa. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
