Lifting rigger — Butler County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Butler County, Iowa. You will work on a high-rise building site. Day-to-day duties: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Part-time with flexible hours.
