Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Brown County, Kansas. You will work at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
