Tracked excavator operator — Koochiching County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Koochiching County, Minnesota. You will be based in a demolition and site-clearance yard. Your main tasks: • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport Requirements: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
