Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwasher in Matagorda County, Texas. The job is in a catering unit. The role involves sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
