Great opportunity: we are hiring a marble cutter in Wayne County, Tennessee. You should have: • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Own hand tools an advantage • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team Day-to-day duties: • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish Pay around $260 per day, based on your experience.
