Sewing machine operator — Meeker County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Meeker County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go Requirements: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
