Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Gillespie County, Texas. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse Part-time with flexible hours.
