Packaging machine operator — St. Clair County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a packaging machine operator in St. Clair County, Missouri. You will be based at an injection moulding unit. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Day-to-day duties: • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
