Oven operator — Mercer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an oven operator in Mercer County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; score the top of loaves before baking. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
