Vacancy available: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Morgan County, Colorado. You will work at a container port and shipping yard. Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes On a typical shift you will rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL); park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Contact us to fix an interview.
