Toolroom milling operator — Grainger County

Now hiring: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Grainger County, Tennessee. You will keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges 6+ years on the tools preferred.
