Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Sullivan County, New York. You will work in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
