Sewing machine operator — Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Madison County, Mississippi. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. You should have: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Day to day you will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
