Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down 4+ years on the tools preferred.
