Now hiring: we are hiring a single needle operator in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin. Your main tasks: • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet You should have: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Part-time with flexible hours.
