You will install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
