Bakery assistant — Udenu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Udenu, Enugu State. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around ₦5,500 per day, based on your experience.
