Track-type tractor operator — Adams County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Adams County, Indiana. You will work on a road construction project. You should have: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine On a typical shift you will grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; refuel the machine and record running hours; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
