We are recruiting: we are hiring a plastering hand in Wiltshire, England. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work You will polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat.
