Site carpenter — Republic County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a site carpenter in Republic County, Kansas. The role involves plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles. Requirements: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
