Vacancy available: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Manistee County, Michigan. The job is at a land-clearing site. The role involves grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; refuel the machine and record running hours; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms. Requirements: • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
