Crawler dozer operator — Westmoreland County

Join our team: we are hiring a crawler dozer operator in Westmoreland County, Virginia. The role involves strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse; grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle. Requirements: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
