Immediate opening: fabrication workshop technician (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Whitfield County, Georgia. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. You will insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router. Requirements: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine 2+ years on the tools preferred. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
