Bread and bun maker — Floyd County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Floyd County, Kentucky. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
