Bread and bun maker — Childress County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Childress County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
