Cook wanted in Hamilton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Hamilton County, New York. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Rotating shifts.
