The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift.
