Single needle operator — Morrison County

Now hiring: we are hiring a single needle operator in Morrison County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching You should have: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Rotating shifts.
