Kitchen cook — Lee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Lee County, Arkansas. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 3+ years on the tools preferred.
