We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Bradford County, Florida. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases 6+ years on the tools preferred.
