Overlocker operator wanted in Jackson County

Join our team: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Jackson County, Wisconsin. The job is on a ready-made garment production line. Ideal candidate: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching Day to day you will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required. Part-time with flexible hours. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
