Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Audrain County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
