Vacancy available: catering cook (Kansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Russell County, Kansas. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
