Powder spray gun operator — Cabarrus County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Your main tasks: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
